Contribute to software design and analysis, follow the full software development lifecycle, and develop/review code according to design specifications. Debugging, troubleshooting, and fixing software issues will be part of your daily tasks, along with implementing software testing and quality assurance processes.

Collaborate with your team and potentially external networks to understand customer issues and provide technical guidance. You'll assist peers in advocating for customers and suggesting product enhancements based on feedback. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and effective communication.
