Key responsibilities include delivering minor enhancements to shared services, integration adapters, or SDKs while adhering to compatibility rules. You will propose improvements for observability and resilience based on API/SDK usage signals. The role also encompasses contributing to software design and analysis, participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle, and developing and reviewing code. Debugging, troubleshooting, and fixing software issues, as well as implementing functional testing, quality assurance, and error logging, are integral parts of this position. You'll also support performance profiling, optimization, and API versioning strategies.

This role requires collaboration with your team and networking outside it to understand customer issues and propose solutions, potentially offering technical guidance to customers.
