This role involves monitoring and analyzing platform API/SDK usage to suggest improvements in observability and resilience, while also maintaining migration notes and reference implementations.

- Contribute to the development of shared services, integration adapters, and SDKs, adhering to established guidelines. - Ensure compatibility and versioning rules are applied during fixes and rollouts to safeguard downstream teams. - Propose enhancements for observability and resilience based on API/SDK usage insights. - Participate in the design and development of software solutions, analyzing requirements to meet business and operational objectives. - Follow all stages of the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and debugging. - Implement comprehensive software testing, quality assurance, error logging, monitoring, and observability practices. - Support performance profiling and optimization initiatives. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API functionality and integration. - Implement API versioning, lifecycle, and interoperability strategies. - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address customer-reported issues and provide technical guidance. - Advocate for customer interests and contribute to product enhancement suggestions based on feedback. - Ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and effective communication. - Assist in establishing and adhering to development practices, coding standards, and secure coding principles. - Perform periodic maintenance and testing operations for systems, including upgrades and patching. - Drive improvements through automation, testing, and debugging to ensure service availability and reliability.
