Key responsibilities include delivering minor enhancements to shared services, integration adapters, or SDKs while adhering to compatibility and versioning rules. You will propose improvements for observability and resilience based on API/SDK usage signals. Contribute to software design, development, and review, following the entire software development lifecycle. Debug and troubleshoot software issues, develop fixes, and implement thorough testing, quality assurance, and error logging processes.

You'll also support performance profiling and optimization, troubleshoot API functionality and integration issues, and implement API versioning and lifecycle strategies. Collaboration is essential, working with your team and networking externally to understand customer issues and provide technical guidance. You will also contribute to product enhancements based on customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution. Adhering to development practices, coding standards, and secure coding practices is also expected.
