EY is seeking a skilled Platform Infrastructure Network Engineer to join our Enterprise Technology team. As an I&O Platform Infrastructure Network Engineer, you will provide high-level technical support and engineering for the firm's global enterprise network platforms. Your expertise in multi-vendor routing and switching, data center networking, network security, WAN technologies, and automation tools will be crucial for maintaining enterprise-scale connectivity and availability.

You will be instrumental in implementing platform enhancements, managing lifecycles, executing patching programs, advancing security initiatives, and driving operational improvements. The role demands a deep understanding of our network architecture to ensure highly available, high-performance network environments across global data centers and offices, while upholding compliance, resiliency, and operational excellence.

We are looking for a seasoned Network Engineer with extensive experience in designing and administering enterprise data center and campus network environments. Key technical proficiencies include deep knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IS-IS), Layer 2 switching (VLANs, STP, RSTP, MSTP, VPC/MLAG), and experience with major data center switching platforms (Cisco, Arista, Juniper).

Essential experience also covers maintaining mission-critical production network environments, supporting SD-WAN platforms, and implementing network security technologies such as firewalls, NAC, IDS/IPS, and VPNs. Familiarity with data center fabric technologies (VXLAN, EVPN, Spine-leaf) and load balancing platforms (F5, Citrix) is required.

Additionally, proficiency in DDI management (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), network automation tooling (Ansible, Python, Terraform), and monitoring platforms (SolarWinds, PRTG) is necessary. You should also possess strong working knowledge of DevOps, Agile, Kanban, SCRUM, and ITIL frameworks, with the ability to create comprehensive technical documentation and collaborate effectively with global engineering teams. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in enterprise routing and switching administration is expected.
