Join EY Enterprise Technology as an innovative AI-Native DevSecOps Developer. This role focuses on rapidly designing, building, and deploying custom software products that automate, orchestrate, and modernize EY's infrastructure platform capabilities. You'll leverage AI as a primary development accelerator to ship functional software quickly, taking ownership of AI-native internal products from concept to delivery. These products include self-service infrastructure portals, workflow orchestration engines, policy-as-code systems, and operational automation platforms built on cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes, Temporal, and Terraform.

This is a product builder position, not a traditional software engineering role. As an I&O Platform Infrastructure AI-Native DevSecOps Developer, your core responsibility is designing and delivering bespoke internal software products. These products will streamline manual infrastructure workflows, accelerate provisioning times, and provide real-time operational visibility to engineers and stakeholders. You will utilize AI coding tools to significantly reduce delivery timelines, enabling rapid prototyping, iteration, and deployment of production-grade software.

The role encompasses the entire software development lifecycle, from initial requirements and architecture through to build, testing, security hardening, deployment, and ongoing enhancement, with a strong emphasis on security at every stage. You will partner closely with I&O platform engineers, architects, and service management stakeholders to ensure the developed solutions meet the operational needs of the infrastructure estate and are scalable across EY's global data center network.

We seek a skilled AI-Native DevSecOps Developer with a proven track record in building and rapidly shipping production-grade software using AI development tools. Deep, active engagement with AI coding assistants throughout the development lifecycle is essential, including tools like GitHub Copilot and LLMs for design, code generation, and review. Proficiency in AI-assisted testing, security scanning, and code refactoring, alongside strong prompt engineering skills for workflow automation, is required.

Candidates must possess robust full-stack development capabilities, including expertise in Angular (v14+), Python or Go for back-end services, and both REST and GraphQL API design. Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration platforms like Temporal.io, strong Kubernetes engineering skills, and Infrastructure-as-Code authoring with Terraform and Ansible are crucial. Experience in developing DevSecOps pipelines, integrating SAST/DAST tooling, container image scanning, and implementing policy-as-code with Open Policy Agent (OPA) is also necessary.

Additional qualifications include experience building AI-native product features, such as LLM API integration and RAG patterns, alongside sufficient infrastructure platform knowledge to design practical software solutions. A strong product ownership mindset, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with Agile, Kanban, SCRUM, and ITIL frameworks are vital for success in this role. A minimum of 5-7 years in full-stack software product development and delivery, with at least 2 years of daily AI-assisted development, is expected.
