As an I&O Platform Infrastructure APM and Logging SME, you will lead the engineering of complex application performance monitoring and centralized logging platforms. Apply your expertise in APM solutions, the ELK stack, log management, metrics, and distributed tracing to support enterprise-scale workloads and expedite incident response.

Key responsibilities include implementing platform enhancements, managing lifecycles, developing onboarding programs, driving security initiatives, and optimizing operations. You will act as the primary authority for APM and logging platforms, collaborating with application teams, infrastructure engineers, and security stakeholders worldwide to ensure comprehensive observability, data integrity, and platform reliability.

We are seeking an individual with robust experience in designing, deploying, and administering the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) at an enterprise scale, coupled with deep knowledge of APM tooling like Dynatrace or AppDynamics.

Your expertise should extend to architecting centralized logging solutions, understanding the three pillars of observability (metrics, traces, logs), and managing Elasticsearch clusters effectively. Proficiency in Logstash pipeline development, Beats deployment, and creating Kibana dashboards and alerts is essential. Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash are required, along with experience integrating monitoring platforms with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow. Familiarity with DevOps, Agile methodologies, and ITIL frameworks is also crucial for success in this role.
