As a Platform Customer Engineer, you will be the technical cornerstone for our clients, collaborating closely with sales teams to showcase the value of Google Cloud. You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor, diving deep into customer challenges through technical discussions, troubleshooting, and proof-of-concept implementations. Your expertise will be instrumental in architecting robust, cross-pillar cloud solutions and driving technical wins, defining clear delivery and consumption plans. You will effectively communicate complex solutions to both technical and business leaders, presenting compelling and actionable strategies on Google Cloud.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, coupled with a minimum of 4 years in customer-facing cloud-native architecture roles. Proficiency in cloud engineering, on-premise environments, virtualization, and containerization platforms is essential. The role demands strong experience in engaging with technical stakeholders and executives, alongside a solid understanding of programming languages, debugging, systems design, prototyping, and customer workshop facilitation. The ability to translate customer objectives into comprehensive cloud solutions across multiple domains is key.
