Join Capgemini as a Planning P&C Lead and drive digital supply chain transformation for our clients. This pivotal role is integral to our organizational growth, focusing on pre-sales activities, solution shaping, and leading high-impact transformation projects. You will leverage your expertise in supply chain planning to deliver exceptional value and thought leadership.

Provide strategic direction and oversight for opportunity assessments, developing compelling pitch collaterals and detailed solution proposals. Lead and execute critical transformation initiatives, ensuring accountability and successful delivery. Foster innovation by building robust assets and knowledge capital within the practice. Functionally, you will master key supply chain planning areas such as demand, supply, S&OP, inventory, and logistics planning. Analyze operational data and financial information to uncover opportunities and build strong business cases.

A minimum of 14 years in supply chain consulting or operations, with a proven track record in leading transformations, is essential. Expertise in FMCG, CPG, Retail, or Manufacturing industries, with multinational exposure, is highly desirable. Candidates should possess strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, along with excellent judgment and collaboration abilities. User-level knowledge of ERP systems and leading supply chain planning tools (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, etc.) is required, alongside advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. A Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 engineering college and an MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, or Engineering are preferred. Relevant supply chain certifications like APICS are a plus.
