In this impactful role, you will lead and deliver enterprise architecture engagements, defining target architecture blueprints across applications, data, integration, cloud, infrastructure, and security layers. You will assess current architectures, design modernization roadmaps aligned with digital transformation goals, and develop solution architectures for core banking, insurance, and other financial platforms. Responsibilities include evaluating build vs. buy vs. reuse options, recommending best practices in DevSecOps and Agile delivery, and driving technology governance and vendor selection. You will also provide advisory on emerging financial technologies and collaborate with diverse teams to ensure architecture aligns with client business objectives, presenting roadmaps to senior stakeholders.

For cross-industry roles, you will help organizations architect and deliver next-generation technology foundations, working at the intersection of strategy and technology. This involves defining architecture roadmaps, leading design and delivery, and guiding clients through modernization, cloud adoption, and data enablement. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior IT and business leaders, provide thought leadership on digital platforms and data ecosystems, and contribute to BCG Platinion's knowledge base. Mentoring team members and client architects to build sustainable capabilities is also a key aspect of this position.

We are seeking candidates with over 15 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, or digital transformation, preferably within the Banking or Insurance domains. A strong understanding of BFSI business processes and expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF are essential. Hands-on experience with architecture design across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data, and integration technologies is required, along with familiarity with modern technology trends such as microservices and API-led architecture. Experience with DevSecOps, Agile delivery, and CI/CD is also crucial.

Academic qualifications should include a B.Tech or M.Tech in Engineering from a top-tier institute, with an MBA being an added advantage. Certifications in TOGAF, AWS, Azure, or GCP are highly desirable. Excellent communication and client engagement skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics, are paramount. A proven track record in stakeholder management, strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and a passion for technology-led innovation are expected. Experience in defining and implementing enterprise-scale architecture solutions across various industries and deploying enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, or SCM is also valuable.
