As a Lead ERP Specialist, you will spearhead finance, sales, or procurement and supply chain transformation programs. This involves leveraging ERP solutions like SAP S/4HANA FICO, Treasury, SD, MM, and WM, alongside complementary tools such as Ariba, Coupa, or iValua. You will collaborate with client executives and BCG partners to deliver end-to-end modernization initiatives, focusing on areas like financial close, order-to-cash processes, or procurement efficiency.

Key responsibilities include designing future-state processes, providing strategic guidance on data models and reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. You will also drive integration between various modules and functions, optimize operations through ERP and digital initiatives, and enhance supplier or customer experiences. The role demands strategic advising to CPOs, CFOs, and Sales leaders.

A minimum of 16 years of experience in relevant ERP finance, sales, or procurement and logistics roles is required. Deep expertise in SAP modules such as FICO, SD, MM, WM is essential. Experience with treasury management, financial planning, order-to-cash processes, or eProcurement platforms like Ariba, Coupa, or iValua is highly valued.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, project accounting, order fulfillment, and contract lifecycle management. Proven experience in engaging with senior client leadership, including CFOs, Controllers, CPOs, and Sales leaders, is critical. Exposure to S/4HANA or equivalent ERP solutions, along with an understanding of supply chain, procurement, and HR integrations, is advantageous.
