As a Principal, you will spearhead finance, sales, or procurement transformation programs leveraging advanced ERP solutions like SAP S/4HANA. You will collaborate with C-suite executives and senior leaders to deliver end-to-end, ERP-enabled modernization initiatives. Key responsibilities include leading finance transformations across General Ledger, AP/AR, Treasury Management, and Project Systems integration. For sales, you'll guide Order-to-Cash, Billing, and Pricing process transformations with SAP SD and CRM/BRIM. In procurement, you'll design and implement ERP-driven procurement and sourcing processes using SAP MM, WM, and complementary tools like Ariba or Coupa, focusing on efficiency and savings.

We are seeking accomplished professionals with at least 16 years of experience in ERP finance, sales, or procurement roles. Demonstrated expertise in SAP FICO, Treasury, BPC/Group Reporting, SAP SD, AATP, CRM/BRIM, SAP MM, WM, and associated platforms like Ariba, Coupa, or iValua is crucial. A strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, cost allocations, statutory reporting, order fulfillment, pricing management, vendor management, and supply chain operations is essential. Experience engaging with CFOs, Sales leaders, and CPOs, along with a proven ability to drive digital transformation and provide strategic guidance, is expected.
