As a Lead ERP Specialist, you will spearhead finance, sales, or procurement transformation initiatives by leveraging advanced ERP solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with senior client stakeholders, including CFOs and Heads of Sales/Procurement, and BCG partners to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end ERP-enabled modernization programs.

You will lead the design and implementation of critical processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, and Treasury Management. This includes driving integrations between various modules and complementary tools, providing strategic guidance on data models and process optimization, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks.

We seek experienced professionals with a minimum of 12 years in relevant ERP finance, sales, or procurement roles, demonstrating deep expertise in SAP FICO, SD, or MM, and related modules or complementary platforms like Ariba or Coupa. A proven track record in designing and deploying end-to-end ERP solutions, particularly in SAP S/4HANA or equivalent systems, is essential.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, supply chain, or sales operations, depending on the specialization. Experience in engaging with senior client leadership, such as CFOs, Controllers, CPOs, and Sales leaders, is crucial. Exposure to projects involving integration across different business functions like supply chain, procurement, HR, or marketing is highly valued.
