Key responsibilities include supporting the planning, tracking, and reporting of Physical AI initiatives. You will coordinate actions, manage risks, and ensure stakeholder follow-ups for assigned projects. Preparing clear presentations, leadership updates, and meeting materials is essential. The role also involves supporting the development of thought leadership, client materials, and strategic reports. Conducting research on Physical AI, robotics, and market trends, then summarizing key findings will be a crucial part of your work. You'll collaborate with global teams to synchronize inputs and timelines, and assist with leadership meetings, innovation showcases, and client engagements. Maintaining Physical AI documentation and knowledge repositories is also expected. Guidance and review of junior team members' outputs will be part of your contribution.

Candidates should possess strong executive communication, presentation development, and business writing skills. Excellent research, analytical, and synthesis capabilities, coupled with a structured problem-solving approach, are vital. The ability to transform technical details into clear business insights and decision-ready materials is key. Strong program management, stakeholder coordination, and organizational skills are necessary, along with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a global context. A working understanding of emerging technologies like AI and robotics, alongside experience working effectively with senior stakeholders and global teams, is required. Experience guiding junior colleagues is beneficial. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Robotics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, Business, or Strategy, combined with 5-8 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, program management, research, innovation, or technology transformation is sought. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is essential. Willingness to support global teams and overlap time zones is expected.
