Key contributions include supporting the planning, tracking, and reporting of Physical AI projects. You will coordinate actions, manage risks, and facilitate stakeholder follow-ups. Prepare impactful presentations, leadership updates, and strategic reports. Conduct research on Physical AI, robotics, and market trends, summarizing key findings. Work with international teams to ensure cohesive input and timely execution of initiatives. Support leadership meetings, innovation showcases, and client engagements, while maintaining essential knowledge repositories. Provide guidance and review outputs from junior team members as needed.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Robotics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, Business, or Strategy. A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in consulting, strategy, program management, research, or technology transformation is required. Demonstrated proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365 is essential. Experience in coordinating workstreams, preparing leadership content, and conducting in-depth research is crucial. Familiarity with Physical AI, robotics, or AI is preferred. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are paramount.
