Expertise in business and financial management, including governance, commercial performance, portfolio oversight, budgeting, and operational excellence. Strong understanding of regulatory and quality compliance, such as GxP, CSV, validation, quality systems, and data integrity. Experience driving digital transformation through AI, automation, and advanced technologies from strategy to adoption. Exceptional leadership and communication skills are essential for executive engagement, team guidance, and client relationships.
