We are seeking a skilled Performance Testing Technical Specialist to join our Testing Services team. This role is crucial for ensuring the performance and scalability of enterprise applications. Your expertise will directly impact the quality and reliability of our software solutions.

As a Performance Testing Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests. This includes creating comprehensive test plans and scenarios, conducting volumetric analysis, and developing performance test scripts for enterprise applications. You will also play a key role in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, managing test execution, and communicating progress and issues through regular status reports.

A strong background in performance testing is essential for this position, along with proven proficiency in Jmeter or Blazemeter for designing and executing tests. Hands-on experience with Jmeter in distributed environments is a must. The ideal candidate will be adept at analyzing NFRs, preparing test plans and scenarios, performing volumetric analysis, and creating test scripts. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive approach and the ability to work collaboratively in a team, are also highly valued.
