Seeking a skilled Performance Testing Technical Specialist to join our Testing Services team. This role requires extensive experience in performance testing within an industry context. You will be instrumental in designing and executing comprehensive performance tests to ensure the stability and scalability of enterprise applications.

Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks. The ideal candidate possesses a keen analytical mind and a proactive approach to problem-solving, contributing significantly to the overall quality assurance process.

Design and execute performance tests using Jmeter or Blazemeter, including scripting for distributed environments. Analyze Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), develop test plans, and create test scenarios. Conduct volumetric analysis and prepare detailed test scripts for enterprise applications. Collaborate on performance bottleneck analysis and assist in implementing fixes.

Manage the execution of performance tests and communicate progress and any encountered issues through regular status reports. Contribute to a cooperative and open-minded team environment, leveraging strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Essential experience in performance testing, with a mandatory proficiency in Jmeter (or Blazemeter) for designing and executing performance tests. Proven ability to execute Jmeter scripts in a distributed environment is required.
