Seeking an experienced Performance Testing Subcontractor to join our automotive sector team in Bengaluru, India. This role is crucial for ensuring the performance and scalability of enterprise applications through rigorous testing and analysis.

As a key contributor, you will leverage your deep understanding of performance testing methodologies to identify and resolve bottlenecks. Your expertise will directly impact the reliability and efficiency of our systems.

Key responsibilities include designing and executing performance tests using Jmeter or Blazemeter, particularly in distributed environments. You will be tasked with analyzing Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), developing comprehensive test plans, and preparing detailed test scenarios.

Further duties involve performing volumetric analysis, creating robust performance test scripts for enterprise applications, and participating actively in performance bottleneck analysis and resolution. You will also manage test execution, track progress, and communicate findings through regular status reports.

Candidates must possess significant industry experience in Performance Testing. Proficiency with Jmeter (or Blazemeter) for designing and executing performance tests is a mandatory requirement, along with hands-on experience executing Jmeter scripts in a distributed setting.
