Manage the execution of performance tests, actively participate in bottleneck analysis and remediation efforts. Communicate project progress, identify potential issues, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.

Proven industry experience in Performance Testing is essential. Proficiency in JMeter (or Blazemeter) for designing and executing performance tests is mandatory. Hands-on experience executing JMeter scripts in a distributed environment is required. Ability to analyze NFRs, prepare detailed test plans, define test scenarios, perform volumetric analysis, and create test scripts.
