Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance, load, and stress tests utilizing LoadRunner and JMeter. Analyze system behavior under various demanding conditions, including peak load, concurrent usage, and endurance tests. Create robust performance test scripts, design intricate scenarios, and develop execution plans for web, API, and backend applications. Pinpoint performance bottlenecks by meticulously analyzing metrics such as response time, throughput, CPU, memory, and database utilization. Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and DevOps teams to optimize application performance.

We are seeking professionals with a minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in Performance Testing, with strong proficiency in LoadRunner and JMeter. Demonstrated hands-on expertise in test scripting, scenario creation, and workload modeling is essential. A solid understanding of various performance testing types, including Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, and Scalability testing, is required. Experience in analyzing logs, system metrics, and APM dashboards is crucial. You should possess a strong grasp of HTTP, APIs, web technologies, databases, and system architecture. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Git, along with automation-friendly ecosystems, is highly beneficial.
