Design and implement comprehensive performance testing strategies, including load, stress, endurance, and spike testing. Develop sophisticated performance scripts to simulate real-world workloads and analyze system architecture to pinpoint performance bottlenecks and areas for optimization.

Lead performance testing initiatives to ensure system scalability and stability. Execute baseline and trend tests, coordinating necessary test windows and monitoring access. Analyze results to identify performance issues and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop actionable recommendations.

Maintain performance scripts and reports following best practices. Produce and manage detailed test documentation, including runbooks, execution steps, and troubleshooting guides. Contribute to non-functional testing activities and continuously enhance the automation suite for improved health, refactoring, and efficiency.

Support sprint demonstrations, providing clear visibility into automation progress, results, and coverage. Mentor team members on advanced performance testing tools and techniques. Collaborate with stakeholders to define Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance benchmarks.

Mandatory skills include proficiency in Jmeter, Concurrency Testing, Web Analytics Testing, and LoadRunner. A strong ability to design and execute various types of performance tests is essential.

Candidates should be adept at analyzing system architectures and identifying performance risks. Experience in leading performance testing efforts and ensuring system scalability and stability is required.
