Design and implement comprehensive performance testing strategies, including load, stress, endurance, and spike testing. Develop sophisticated performance scripts and scenarios to accurately simulate real-world user workloads. Analyze system architecture to pinpoint performance bottlenecks and identify areas for optimization.

Lead performance testing initiatives, ensuring system scalability and stability. Plan and execute baseline and trend tests, coordinating necessary test windows and monitoring access. Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to analyze results, identify root causes, and provide actionable recommendations.

Maintain and enhance performance scripts and reports, adhering to best practices. Produce and review test documentation, including runbooks with execution steps and troubleshooting guides. Contribute to automation suite health by refactoring code, reducing duplication, and optimizing execution times. Support sprint demos and provide clear visibility into automation progress and results.

Proven expertise in performance testing tools such as Jmeter and LoadRunner. Strong understanding of concurrency testing and web analytics testing principles. Experience in designing and executing various performance test types (load, stress, endurance, spike). Ability to develop complex performance scripts and analyze system architecture for risks.

Demonstrated leadership in performance testing efforts, ensuring system scalability and stability. Experience in planning and executing baseline and trend tests. Skill in analyzing performance findings and providing effective recommendations. Proficiency in reviewing and maintaining performance scripts and reports.

Familiarity with building or maintaining initial scripts in k6 or Gatling. Commitment to continuously improving automation suite health and supporting sprint demonstrations. Excellent collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. Must be able to mentor team members and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
