Design and implement comprehensive performance testing strategies, including load, stress, endurance, and spike testing. Develop sophisticated performance scripts and scenarios to accurately simulate real-world user workloads. Analyze system architecture to pinpoint performance bottlenecks and areas for optimization. Lead performance testing initiatives to ensure robust system scalability and stability. Plan and execute baseline and trend tests, coordinating necessary test windows and monitoring access.

Analyze performance test results, identifying bottlenecks and providing actionable recommendations in collaboration with engineering and operations teams. Maintain and update performance scripts and reports, adhering to best practices. Produce and manage essential test documentation, including execution steps and troubleshooting guides. Contribute to broader non-functional testing activities, such as developing initial scripts for tools like k6 or Gatling under guidance. Continuously enhance the automation suite's health by refactoring code, reducing redundancy, improving assertions, and optimizing execution times.

Support sprint demonstrations, providing clear visibility into automation progress, results, and test coverage. Mentor junior team members on advanced performance testing tools and techniques. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance benchmarks. Demonstrate ownership in driving quality initiatives and excellence in performance testing practices.

Proficiency in mandatory skills including Jmeter, Concurrency Testing, Web Analytics Testing, and LoadRunner. Experience in designing and implementing various performance testing strategies. Ability to develop complex performance scripts and analyze system architecture for risks. Strong experience in leading performance testing efforts, planning, and executing tests. Skill in analyzing results and producing detailed performance findings with recommendations.

Experience in reviewing and maintaining performance scripts and reports, ensuring adherence to best practices. Competence in producing and maintaining test documentation and runbooks. Ability to contribute to non-functional testing activities and improve automation suite health. Proven experience in supporting sprint demos and providing visibility into automation progress. Experience mentoring team members on performance testing tools and techniques.
