As a Senior Engineer focused on Performance Testing, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing comprehensive performance testing strategies, including load, stress, endurance, and spike testing. You will develop intricate performance scripts and scenarios that accurately simulate real-world workloads.

Your role involves analyzing system architecture to pinpoint performance risks and areas for optimization. You will lead performance testing initiatives, ensuring system scalability and stability. Key responsibilities include planning and executing baseline and trend tests, coordinating test windows, and facilitating monitoring access.

Analyzing test results to deliver detailed performance findings, identifying bottlenecks, thresholds, and providing actionable recommendations in collaboration with engineering and operations teams will be crucial. You will also be responsible for maintaining performance scripts and reports according to best practices, alongside producing and maintaining comprehensive test documentation and runbooks.

Further contributions include supporting non-functional testing activities, such as developing initial k6/Gatling scripts under guidance, and continuously enhancing the automation suite's health through refactoring and optimization. You will support sprint demos, provide visibility into automation progress and results, and mentor team members on advanced performance testing tools and techniques. Collaborating with stakeholders to define Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance benchmarks is also a key aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate will possess strong mandatory skills in Jmeter, Concurrency Testing, Web Analytics Testing, and LoadRunner. You should demonstrate ownership in driving quality initiatives and performance testing excellence, collaborating effectively with teams and stakeholders for successful project delivery.
