As a Senior Performance Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive performance testing strategies, including load, stress, endurance, and spike testing. You will develop intricate performance scripts and scenarios that accurately simulate real-world workloads. A key aspect of this role involves analyzing system architecture to pinpoint performance bottlenecks and areas for optimization.

You will lead performance testing initiatives to ensure system scalability and stability, plan and execute baseline and trend tests, and coordinate necessary test windows and monitoring access. Analyzing test results to produce detailed performance findings, including bottlenecks, thresholds, and recommendations, in collaboration with engineering and operations teams is crucial. You will also maintain performance scripts and reports, contribute to non-functional testing activities, and continuously enhance automation suite health through refactoring and optimization.

This role requires proficiency in mandatory skills such as Jmeter, Concurrency Testing, Web Analytics Testing, and LoadRunner. You will be expected to demonstrate strong ownership in driving quality initiatives and performance testing excellence, collaborating effectively with teams and stakeholders for successful delivery.
