Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance, load, stress, and scalability test scenarios using Locust for web applications, APIs, and microservices. Analyze performance bottlenecks, monitor system behavior, and deliver actionable recommendations to enhance application performance and stability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to define effective performance testing strategies and acceptance criteria. Create and maintain automated performance test scripts, robust test data, and reusable frameworks, primarily leveraging Python and Locust. Prepare detailed performance test reports, provide insights for capacity planning, and document performance benchmarking outcomes for stakeholder review.

As a senior subject matter expert in test automation architecture and solution design, you possess expert knowledge of relevant tools, technologies, and best practices. Your profile likely includes ownership for capability development and presales activities at a practice level and above. You actively engage in partnerships, research and development, and publications. You will interact with clients at CIO or CoE levels to propose test automation solutions and lead assignments as a senior automation architect, ensuring successful delivery of automation projects and services.
