Provide thought leadership in strategic planning, objective setting, and KPI development for the AI Agent's business domain. Serve as a trusted advisor to optimize YouTube’s creator support experience, offering strategic recommendations.

Develop and implement analytical reporting and forecasting models to predict AI containment rates and user satisfaction. Drive improvements in AI-led user journeys and conversational design, setting business requirements for new LLM-based metrics.

Collaborate effectively with business leaders, AI PSMs, and Global Vendor Operations. Translate AI capability launches and pilots into actionable insights and strategies.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, alongside a minimum of 5 years in technical project management or a customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a related field and 5 years of experience managing projects with analytics, software coding, or web technologies. Expertise in data analysis and modeling for AI/ML products, including forecasting and predictive modeling, is highly valued.

Experience in developing KPIs and measurement frameworks for Large Language Models (LLMs) or other generative AI products is beneficial. Familiarity with experimental design (A/B testing) for conversational AI or user-facing ML products, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills, is essential for translating complex data into actionable insights.
