Join our team as a Performance Engineer, a senior analyst role focused on custom software engineering. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and is based in Bengaluru.

You will be instrumental in diagnosing complex performance issues that internal testing teams haven't been able to resolve. The role encompasses five key areas of Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management, and problem detection and resolution.

Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases to validate critical business workflows and processes.

Ensure the robustness and reliability of essential capital markets systems, including data systems and both front and back-office applications.

Accumulate extensive experience with data-intensive applications, validating large datasets, performing reconciliation checks, and guaranteeing the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data.

Collaborate closely with business analysts and product owners to grasp functional requirements, translating them into effective test cases and robust test coverage.

Identify, log, and meticulously track defects through to their resolution, working hand-in-hand with development teams and stakeholders to ensure timely fixes.

Partner with automation engineers to optimize applicable functional test cases for automation.

A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in performance engineering is essential.

Possess proficiency in Performance Testing, with a strong preference for experience with Load Runner, JMeter, or Load-Ninja.

Familiarity with ALM tools such as Azure DevOps is required.

Solid knowledge of SQL and cloud platforms, specifically AWS, is mandatory.

Demonstrated experience working with data-intensive applications and validating large datasets, including reconciliation checks, is crucial.

Understanding of capital markets industry processes is a significant advantage. Full-time education totaling 15 years is required.
