Join our team as a Performance Engineer and take on the challenge of diagnosing complex issues that may have eluded our in-house performance testing experts. This role encompasses five critical pillars of Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, meticulous performance testing and validation, strategic capacity planning, effective application performance management, and proactive problem detection and resolution.

As a key contributor, you will be expected to operate independently and evolve into a subject matter expert (SME). Your active participation and insightful contributions to team discussions will be invaluable. You will also play a crucial role in providing innovative solutions to work-related challenges, collaborating closely with team members to transform requirements into precise technical specifications, and engaging in thorough code reviews to uphold exceptional quality and adherence to industry best practices.

This role demands a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in Python programming. A strong foundation in the software development lifecycle methodologies is essential. Proficiency with modern frameworks and libraries relevant to Python is expected. The ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code is a must. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, will be beneficial.

We require a candidate with 15 years of full-time education. The position is based at our Gurugram office.
