This role demands a holistic understanding of performance engineering, encompassing the software development lifecycle, architecture, rigorous performance testing, capacity planning, application performance management, and proactive problem detection and resolution. You will be instrumental in ensuring our systems deliver optimal performance and scalability under diverse operating conditions, thereby enhancing the overall reliability of our software solutions.

Develop and engineer end-to-end system features, overseeing everything from user experience to service delivery. Engage in application development, provide compliance consulting, and conduct validation testing for various applications including CDS/Non-CDS, Empower, LabX, SDC, and DBlast. Utilize your development expertise to craft innovative solutions that empower clients to elevate their service offerings. Embrace cloud-first and agile methodologies, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to solve complex business challenges.

A strong foundation in the software development lifecycle and architectural principles is essential. Expertise in performance testing methodologies and validation techniques is required. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in capacity planning and forecasting system resource needs. Familiarity with application performance management tools and effective problem resolution strategies is crucial. The ability to perform in-depth analysis to diagnose complex performance bottlenecks and implement robust solutions is paramount. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems is mandatory. A total of 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
