Seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft Finance Techno-Functional Specialist to manage PeopleSoft/Oracle ERP financial data structures and configurations, including the Chart of Accounts.

This role involves collaborating with global Finance teams to translate business requirements into technical configurations and solutions. The specialist will also be responsible for writing or modifying code using core PeopleSoft tools to ensure smooth data integration between the ERP and other systems.

Configure and support PeopleSoft Financials modules (GL, AR, AP, Commitment Control, Ledger).

Manage Chart of Accounts structures, segments, and descriptions. Troubleshoot Application Engines, SQR, and PeopleSoft Security.

Research new PUM image features and assist with upgrades and testing.

Maintain Cross-Validation Rules, Security Rules, Primary/Secondary Ledger mappings, and reporting cube hierarchies.

Govern consolidation-specific metadata like Intercompany eliminations and Legal Entity structures. Ensure ERP and EPM synchronization by maintaining account and entity hierarchies in Oracle EDMCS or DRM.

Serve as the key liaison between Finance stakeholders and technical developers for system enhancements. Perform root cause analysis for metadata-related integration failures.

Requires functional and technical expertise in PeopleSoft ERP or ERP Cloud (GL, AR, AP, Cash Management).

Proficiency in Oracle EDMCS, DRM, or PeopleSoft Tree Manager is essential, along with advanced Excel/Smart View skills.

A strong understanding of financial consolidation, GAAP/IFRS, and the Record-to-Report cycle is necessary.

Possesses 5+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft 9.2 upgrade or production support experience.

Proficient in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and SQL.

Strong working knowledge of Integration Broker and Component Interfaces is also required.
