As a PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Engineer, you will be instrumental in gathering and analyzing business requirements, providing functional support for PeopleSoft FSCM modules, and conducting Fit-Gap analyses. You will prepare essential design documents, including FDDs and Solution Design Documents, and support users throughout UAT and production.

Your technical contributions will involve developing and customizing PeopleSoft applications using tools like Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface, and Integration Broker. You will also design and implement integrations, perform troubleshooting, and support system upgrades and patches. The creation of technical design documents and unit test cases will also be a key part of your role.

This role requires a strong foundation in PeopleSoft FSCM, with a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience. Essential functional expertise includes a deep understanding of business processes within Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles, coupled with financial accounting knowledge. You must be adept at requirement gathering and business analysis.

Technically, proficiency in PeopleTools 8.5x+, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and Integration Broker (REST/SOAP) is crucial. Experience with SQR, BI Publisher/XML Publisher, PS Query, SQL, and Oracle Database is also required. Prior experience in at least one full lifecycle implementation, along with support, enhancement, and upgrade projects, is necessary. Exposure to cloud integrations and APIs is considered a preference.
