The position ensures the accuracy and structural integrity of financial data within Oracle ERP Cloud or PeopleSoft environments. A core focus is the comprehensive management of financial data structures, including the Chart of Accounts (CoA), hierarchical relationships, and validation protocols.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining Chart of Accounts structures, complete with segment values and descriptions. This involves managing Cross-Validation Rules and Security Rules to prevent data entry errors. The role also encompasses managing Primary and Secondary Ledger mappings, along with reporting cube hierarchies. Maintaining Customer and Supplier hierarchies is crucial for consolidated reporting and credit management. Configuration and updates of payment terms, distribution sets, and tax metadata are also part of the scope. Furthermore, the position involves governing consolidation-specific metadata like Intercompany (IC) elimination members and Legal Entity structures, ensuring synchronization between ERP and EPM systems through hierarchies in Oracle EDMCS or DRM.

Candidates should possess functional and technical expertise in PeopleSoft ERP or ERP Cloud, specifically with PeopleSoft modules such as GL, AR, AP, and Cash Management. Proficiency in Oracle EDMCS, DRM, or PeopleSoft Tree Manager, coupled with advanced Excel and Smart View skills, is essential. A strong understanding of financial consolidation principles, GAAP/IFRS, and the Record-to-Report cycle is also required.
