As a PeopleSoft CRM Lead, you will be instrumental in defining and executing our ERP strategy, aligning it with organizational objectives and business transformation initiatives. You will establish robust governance frameworks, implementation standards, and best practices for solution delivery.

Key responsibilities include leading ERP implementations, modernization efforts, and optimization projects. You will define ERP architecture standards, business process frameworks, and solution design principles, ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance, and architectural integrity. Guiding teams on best practices and identifying/mitigating ERP-related risks will be crucial. Collaboration with stakeholders and driving continuous improvement for operational excellence and business value realization are core to this role.

This role requires expertise in PeopleSoft and related enterprise applications such as Acumatica, Enablon, JD Edwards, LabVantage, Maximo, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. A strong understanding of Middleware technologies including API, WebServices (REST, SOAP), and Database Programming (SQL) is essential.
