Define and implement comprehensive ERP strategies aligned with organizational goals and business transformation objectives. Establish robust ERP governance frameworks, implementation standards, and solution delivery best practices.

Lead enterprise-wide ERP implementation, modernization, optimization, and transformation projects. Develop ERP architecture standards, business process frameworks, and solution design principles.

Drive ERP process harmonization and business transformation across all organizational functions. Establish enterprise standards for ERP data management, migration, reporting, and operational governance.

Oversee ERP solution reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives, compliance, and architecture standards. Provide expert guidance on ERP architecture, business process design, implementation methodologies, and platform best practices.

Proactively identify and mitigate ERP-related risks, process inefficiencies, operational challenges, and governance gaps. Foster continuous improvement in ERP maturity, operational excellence, and business value realization.

Proven expertise in PeopleSoft is mandatory, alongside experience with Acumatica, Enablon, JD Edwards Financial Module, JDE Development Tools, JDE WebMethods Integration, LabVantage, Maximo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and NetSuite.

Proficiency in middleware technologies, specifically API Middleware and WebServices (REST, SOAP), is required. Strong database programming skills, including SQL, are essential.

Demonstrate strong leadership, accountability, and strategic thinking in driving ERP excellence. Effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.

Possess excellent communication skills to articulate ERP strategy, risks, progress, and outcomes. Maintain a proactive approach to governance, solution standards, and operational excellence, fostering innovation and continuous learning.
