As a PeopleSoft Consultant, you will provide crucial support for PeopleSoft applications, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently. Your role will involve supporting the PeopleSoft Supply Chain Module, with a special emphasis on Financial Modules, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Cost Accounting.

Key responsibilities include providing technical support, answering user inquiries, and documenting resolutions. You will also perform system monitoring and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal uptime and stability. Staying current with PeopleSoft technologies and best practices is essential, as is creating and maintaining detailed documentation for application support. You'll proactively identify and resolve potential issues and develop strategies to enhance system efficiency and user satisfaction.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, possessing 1-3 years of experience in PeopleSoft application support. Extensive experience with the PeopleSoft Supply Chain module, including General Ledger, Asset Management, Order Management, Billing, and month-end closure processes, is required.

Familiarity with the ServiceNow ticketing system and a strong command of SQL Server are necessary. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are vital. The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, coupled with a passion for continuous learning, will set you apart. Mandatory competencies include expertise in Enterprise Applications (ERP - PeopleSoft) and Database Programming (SQL).
