Provide expert technical support for PeopleSoft applications, resolving issues, and addressing user inquiries promptly. This includes troubleshooting, documenting solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for optimal system performance.

Key duties involve supporting the PeopleSoft Supply Chain Module, particularly in Financials, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Cost Accounting. You will also gain experience in alert monitoring, incident management for new modules, and utilizing ServiceNow for ticketing. Regular system monitoring, preventative maintenance, and staying current with PeopleSoft best practices are essential. Documentation of all support aspects and proactive issue identification will contribute to system efficiency and user satisfaction.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with 1-3 years of experience in PeopleSoft application technical support. Extensive experience with the PeopleSoft Supply Chain module, including General Ledger, Asset Management, Order Management, and Billing, along with month-end closure processes, is crucial.

Familiarity with the ServiceNow ticketing system is necessary, complemented by strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for this role, enabling effective collaboration both independently and within a team.
