This role involves supporting the PeopleSoft application, with a focus on the Supply Chain module. You will be instrumental in ensuring optimal system performance, providing efficient end-user support, and resolving application issues. The position operates within a 24x7 rotating shift environment.

Provide comprehensive technical support for PeopleSoft applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user inquiry management.

Enhance PeopleSoft application functionality by developing and implementing solutions that boost system efficiency and effectiveness.

Offer specialized support for the PeopleSoft Supply Chain Module, focusing on General Ledger, Asset Management, Order Management, Billing, and month-end closure processes.

Utilize SQL Server for database management and Nvision for reporting, along with ServiceNow for ticketing.

Conduct regular system monitoring and preventative maintenance to guarantee high system uptime and stability.

Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to implement new features, upgrades, and integrations.

Stay current with the latest PeopleSoft technologies and best practices.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all aspects of PeopleSoft application support.

Proactively identify and address potential issues to prevent impacts on system performance or user experience.

Implement strategies aimed at enhancing overall system efficiency and user satisfaction.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Acquire 8-10 years of hands-on experience providing technical support for PeopleSoft applications.

Demonstrate extensive expertise with the PeopleSoft Supply Chain module, including General Ledger, Asset Management, Order Management, Billing, and month-end closure processes.

Showcase proven proficiency in SQL Server database administration.

Have experience with the Nvision reporting tool and familiarity with the ServiceNow ticketing system.

Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Show an ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, alongside a passion for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies.
