Provide expert technical support for PeopleSoft applications, addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and documenting resolutions.

Enhance PeopleSoft application functionality by developing and implementing solutions for improved system efficiency. Support the PeopleSoft Supply Chain module, with a focus on General Ledger, Asset Management, Order Management, and Billing, including month-end closure processes.

Leverage expertise in SQL Server for database operations and Nvision reporting for data insights. Utilize ServiceNow for efficient ticket management and reporting.

Perform routine system monitoring and preventative maintenance to ensure high availability and stability. Collaborate with IT teams on new features, upgrades, and integrations. Stay abreast of the latest PeopleSoft technologies and best practices to maintain high standards of application support.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required.

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in providing technical support for PeopleSoft applications is essential. Demonstrated extensive experience with the PeopleSoft Supply Chain module, including General Ledger, Asset Management, Order Management and Billing, and month-end closure processes is crucial.

Proven expertise in SQL Server database administration and experience with Nvision reporting tools are necessary. Familiarity with the ServiceNow ticketing system is expected.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, are vital. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is important. A genuine passion for continuous learning and staying current with technological advancements is highly valued.
