We are seeking seasoned PeopleSoft professionals with proven expertise in Administration, Functional Consulting, and Technical Development to enhance and support our PeopleSoft applications. This role is for experienced professionals within the Software Engineering community.

As a PeopleSoft expert, your responsibilities will span critical areas:

**Administration:** Manage and maintain PeopleSoft environments (Development, Test, UAT, Production), including installations, configurations, upgrades, patching, and environment refreshes. Expertise in WebLogic, Tuxedo, and Process Scheduler administration is key.

**Functional Consulting:** Analyze and document business requirements, configure and support PeopleSoft modules (HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions), and provide recommendations for process improvements.

**Technical Development:** Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft solutions using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and BI Publisher. Implement integrations via Integration Broker, REST, SOAP, and file-based interfaces.

We are looking for individuals with substantial experience in PeopleSoft Administration, Functional Consulting, or Technical Development. Essential technical proficiencies include PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and Integration Broker. Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions, or other modules is required, alongside a solid understanding of Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, and PIA administration.

Candidates must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. This is a permanent position based in Hyderabad, offering a hybrid work model.
