As a Senior within HR Managed Services, you will: - Assess current HR processes and service delivery structures, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement. - Design future-state HR processes, service delivery models, and governance frameworks. - Support the end-to-end design and setup of HR Shared Services or HR Service Centres. - Develop process maps, SOPs, and service level definitions. - Own defined workstreams, ensuring high-quality delivery within scope and timeline. - Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams. - Guide and mentor junior team members. - Contribute to proposals, solution design, and practice development initiatives.

Ideal candidates will possess: - 6-9 years of experience in HR Transformation, HR operations, HR Shared Services, or consulting. - A Master’s degree in HR or a full-time MBA/EMBA. - Hands-on experience in HR operating model design, process mapping, and service catalogue creation. - Experience supporting Shared Services transitions and operational readiness. - Strong consulting, stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation abilities. - The flexibility to travel nationally and internationally for client projects.
