This role presents a significant opportunity to be instrumental in the growth of the GDS PC team within a leading global professional services organization. You'll be part of a dynamic environment focused on delivering exceptional client service and driving innovation.

As a Senior Manager, you will drive firm growth through successful project delivery, leading client sessions, and providing subject matter expertise. You'll be responsible for full lifecycle activities, ensuring Workforce Software solutions meet business needs and serving as a functional or technical lead. Collaborate with process specialists, advise project teams, and take on various roles like Engagement Manager or Application Architect.

Key responsibilities include leading WFS capability development, fostering relationships with global partners, and establishing a strong WFS expertise pillar. You will also liaise with regional member firms to build project pipelines, identify new team capabilities based on market trends, and lead WFS development using leading technologies. Ensuring quality, managing engagement risk, and driving effective client communication are paramount. Furthermore, you will act as a counselor and coach, guiding team members' professional development.

We seek professionals with 16-19 years of experience, including 8-10 years specifically in Workforce Software (Time & Attendance, Job Scheduling, Integrations, ACT, Reports) and Workforce Management (Time, attendance, scheduling) and Payroll consulting. Mandatory certifications include PT101 (Workforce Software Fundamentals) and PT102 (Workforce Software T&A Configuration).

Demonstrated hands-on experience with Workforce Software modules, particularly using the Policy Editor, is essential, alongside a strong functional and technical understanding of its business processes. Experience in a consulting environment on global client projects and team management is required. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital, coupled with a client-focused mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
