We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors RCM/RMK Implementation Consultant to join our team. This role involves transforming client hiring operations through expert delivery of HCM technology and process solutions. You will be instrumental in implementations, integrations with other SAP SuccessFactors modules, and end-to-end testing, ensuring seamless client transitions and post-implementation success.

As a trusted advisor, you will align client talent acquisition strategies with SAP SuccessFactors RCM capabilities and industry best practices. You will provide thought leadership on modern recruiting, digital adoption, and fostering an intelligent enterprise environment. Your responsibilities include:

- Leading application-specific solution consulting, from business blueprint creation to go-live and post-go-live support. - Driving at least two end-to-end SAP SF RCM and RMK implementations and support. - Expertly configuring SuccessFactors recruiting management, job profile builder, requisition, and position management. - Working with Recruitment XML templates such as Job Requisition, Candidate Profile, Application, and Offer. - Analyzing recruiting scenarios, integrations, and client requirements. - Integrating with other SAP SuccessFactors modules, including EC, Position Management, RMK, and ONB (advantageous). - Performing client-facing roles with excellent communication.

To excel in this role, you should possess 3-8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and hold mandatory certifications in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management and Recruitment Marketing by SAP. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills are essential, alongside strong analysis and troubleshooting abilities.

Familiarity with SAP Joule for SuccessFactors is a plus. A basic understanding of SmartRecruiters will also be considered advantageous.
