Take full ownership of the SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management module, from initial requirement gathering and workbook preparation through configuration, testing, and go-live.

Key responsibilities include: - Implementing comprehensive Goal Management functionalities, including execution and status tracking. - Configuring PM V12 Acceleration Forms for effective performance management. - Driving the implementation of the extended Calibration module. - Customizing client-specific Rating Scales and Route Maps (Workflows). - Proposing innovative workarounds for system limitations within the Performance Management module. - Managing Competencies/WACA updates and mass uploading goal libraries, including families-roles-job code mapping. - Configuring Role-Based Permissions for enhanced security and access control. - Generating Ad-Hoc Reports to meet specific client needs.

We are looking for a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Consultant with 3 to 8 years of dedicated experience. A strong foundation in HR technology and a proven track record of successful implementations are essential.

Essential qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (BE/BTech/BCA/MBA). - Minimum of two end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations. - Certification in Intro to Mastery or SF HCM Academy.

Desirable attributes: - Certification in SF Performance and Goal Management mastery. - Experience in pre-sales activities and client demonstrations of SuccessFactors products.
