As a Senior Consultant, you will leverage your payroll expertise to lead global client projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and accuracy of all deliverables. Your responsibilities include providing domain expertise across various payroll service areas, such as inputs, gross-to-net processing, statutory compliance, and reporting. You will also support the development of thought leadership, innovative tools, and AI/GenAI proof-of-concepts within the payroll practice.

Key aspects of this role involve driving effective client communication, building strong relationships across global locations, and proactively managing risks. You will be recognized as a subject matter expert and instrumental in the growth of the People Consulting team, contributing to strategic planning for team expansion.

We are seeking professionals with 5–9 years of experience in Payroll consulting or operations, including a minimum of 2 years in global payroll advisory or delivery models. A Master’s degree in Finance/HR or a full-time MBA is required.

Essential qualifications include hands-on experience with payroll implementation, transformation, or optimization programs within a global, distributed team. Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment is crucial. You must possess a strong understanding of at least one major payroll technology platform like ADP, SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, or Oracle. Ideal candidates will also have strong technical knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes, controls, and integrations, along with proficiency in analytical and documentation tools.
