Lead multi-country payroll advisory and transformation initiatives, from strategy and design through implementation and stabilization. Advise clients on payroll operating models, process harmonisation, governance, and technology. Manage diverse teams across global locations, overseeing project scope, budgets, risks, and quality. Drive business development through solutioning, proposals, and client presentations. Build and coach high-performing teams, fostering capability development and career progression.

Key activities include requirements workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design documentation, data migration oversight, system integration testing, and go-live support. You will also establish effective client governance and stakeholder communication, ensuring timely delivery and effective escalation management.

We seek Managers with 12-16 years of experience in payroll transformation, advisory, or HR transformation, including 8-10 years in consulting. A Master's degree in Finance or HR, or a full-time MBA, is required. Proven experience leading complex global payroll transformation or implementation programs is essential.

Ideal candidates possess strong consulting and problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, controls, and global delivery models. Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills are crucial. Experience with leading payroll and HCM technologies such as Workday, SAP HCM, or Dayforce, along with expertise in integration concepts and managing global teams, is highly valued. Candidates should demonstrate strong commercial awareness, quality orientation, and adaptability.
