Join EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) People Consulting (PC) team as a Senior Manager in SAP/Systems Implementation (SI) Learning. This role offers a significant opportunity to shape learning strategies within a leading global professional services firm, contributing directly to the growth of the GDS PC practice. You will leverage your expertise to manage complex learning projects and foster a culture of innovation.

Lead global SAP/SI learning engagements, manage escalations, and align with client objectives. Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies to enhance end-user performance. Identify training needs, design effective learning solutions, and ensure cost-effective delivery. Mentor and develop a team of learning professionals, establishing strong instructional design capabilities within the practice. Drive business development by engaging with regional stakeholders and identifying new SAP/SI capabilities. Oversee the creation of high-quality SAP/SI learning deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency through risk management and effective planning.

A Bachelor's or Associate Degree coupled with 14-18 years of experience in leading large-scale learning projects is essential. Deep knowledge of SAP systems (e.g., FI, HR, MM, S4/HANA) and a proven ability to develop successful learning programs are required. Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are critical. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel is necessary. Experience managing large teams and multiple digital learning engagements is highly valued. Familiarity with authoring tools such as SAP Enable Now, Articulate Storyline, or Captivate is a significant plus.
