As a Workday Manager, you will spearhead techno-functional design, configuration, and deployment of Workday HCM solutions. This includes configuring multiple Workday modules, designing business processes, security, and reports. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions, manage integrations, and lead data conversion and testing efforts. Furthermore, you will oversee functional workstreams, conduct tenant health checks, and provide clear stakeholder communication. This role also involves mentoring consultants and contributing to business development activities.

We seek a Workday Manager with 8-12 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in Workday HCM consulting or delivery. You should possess hands-on experience in Workday configuration, business processes, security, and reporting. Proven ability to lead functional workstreams through full lifecycle implementations and a strong understanding of the Hire-to-Retire employee lifecycle are essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
