As a Manager in HR Managed Services, you will spearhead end-to-end HR transformation and operational delivery projects, guiding organizations in designing, building, transitioning, and managing efficient HR service delivery models. Drive service excellence through robust governance, performance management, continuous improvement, and technology-driven process enhancements. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define strategic transformation roadmaps and ensure sustainable operational results. You will also be instrumental in expanding the HR Managed Services practice through innovative solutions, business development, and crafting market-leading offerings.

Ideal candidates possess 10-14 years of experience in HR Transformation, HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or consulting. A Master’s degree in HR or a full-time MBA/EMBA is preferred. Hands-on experience in designing HR operating models, advising on Shared Services, setting up service centers, and managing transitions is essential. Proficiency in managing multiple workstreams, leading teams, and engaging with senior stakeholders across global projects is also required. Experience in process excellence, benchmarking, business case development, benefits realization, and contributing to proposals or account growth is highly valued. Previous experience with a Big 4 or comparable professional services firm is advantageous.
